Return Policy

We take pride in the products we carry but if you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased in our stores, we will gladly give you a full refund with certain exceptions.

  • Non-perishables and wellness items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and may only be returned for a refund or store credit with a receipt and a valid ID or active member account.
  • Perishable items must be returned within 7 days of purchase and may only be returned with a receipt and a valid ID or active member account.
  • EBT purchases may be exchanged or refunded directly to your card, as long as they follow the guidelines above.

Sorry, we are unable to offer returns or store credit on:

  • Discontinued items
  • Special orders
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Gift cards

Co-opportunity reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time, for any reason.
