Member Patronage Refunds

Refunds are for qualifying members for fiscal year: August 1, 2015 - July 31, 2016

 

 

Your Refund can be obtained at any register by the primary or secondary member on the account. There are 3 options available: 

          1.   Apply the Refund to your purchase
          2.   Receive the Refund as cash 
          3.   Donate the Refund to our ‘Give Where You Live’ Cooperative                                        Community fund

 

 

 If you would like the Refund mailed to you as a check, please email  membership@coopportunity.com. Include in the email:

·         The full name of the primary member

·         The address currently on the membership account

·          If necessary, an updated address where you would like the Refund sent

·          A note asking that it be mailed to you

 

The email must come from the email address currently on the membership account. Having your Refund mailed may take up to 4 weeks to receive.
