The Co-op is hosting a wellness discussion:

Now, more than ever, it’s important to be proactive to safeguard your health. Three different speakers: a homeopathic practitioner, an esthetician, and a chiropractor, will be addressing holistic health and wellness topics, with a focus on starting the New Year off right. Admission is free!

About the Speakers
Irina Segal is a licensed and certified Dr. Hauschka esthetician in private practice in West Los Angeles and Woodland Hills. Her area of expertise lies in holistic care of the skin - the largest of the human organs and skin’s organic relationship with the whole human organism. Irina has been trained by the world-renown leader in organic skin care, European-based company WALA, the manufacturer of Dr.Hauschka Skin Care and WALA anthroposophic remedies. Irina has over 20 years of experience in natural home care, nutrition and herbal remedies.
